Shipping
Once you have placed your order, it is our job to get you the products as soon as
possible, while being clear and concise about how much it will cost.
We use Royal Mail to ship our products, so purchases should be
expected to arrive within 48 hours of the purchase. If this is not possible, we
will contact you and advise you of the delay.
Some products may be purchased for electronic delivery, which means you get your
goods as soon as your payment has cleared. You can take delivery of your product
at a time convenient to you simply by clicking a link in an email. This not only
saves time, but you save money too!
We charge shipping based on the value of the order, and the shipping location. This
is charged as a percentage, according to the following table:
